REVIEWS <<Good
job on the new Rose'. I liked the nose, which seemed to have the
subtle spice notes that come from oak aging in old world-style
reds. I think it’s my favorite after the unoaked chardonnay and I
plan to pick up a bottle next time I visit – it should be great with
spicy food!>> Benjamin Rivard-Rapoza, Fall River, MA.

PRODUCTION
NOTES
2010 was a great year for grape growing in our region due to a really hot Summer with above average temperatures.
The grapes were handpicked and whole cluster pressed the same day. The juice was fermented entirely in stainless steel tank. Fermentation was completed in 3 weeks at an average temperature of 55F. Wine was settled in tank for 3 months before bentonite fining to accomplish moderate heat stability. No malolactic fermentation and no oak barrel aging. Filtered and bottled April 2011. Released in June 2011. 95 cases produced.
